Not to be outdone by the Syncrolites in Fantasmic! 1.0, the new version of the show features an eye-popping array of Robe Robin MMX WashBeams on the island. Here's a brief clip of the Robes doing their thing at the end of the show.

Here's a brief clip of two Syncrolite MX4 xenon skylights used in the original incarnation of Fantasmic! at Disneyland. These were added in the mid 2000s on top of several show towers around the lagoon. In this clip, they're providing some punch to the pyrotechnic launches of the show before getting into a brief Syncrolite jig for the finale.

Audio often has to operate in challenging environments. However, Fantasmic! at Disneyland is unique. The show features moving fountains, large mist-screens, pyrotechnics and fire effects - all situated just 15-20 feet away from four strategically placed J-Series speaker stacks from d&b audiotechnik. Each stack is composed of two J8s on top of two J-SUBs.

Scattered across the World of Color viewing area are several underground vaults containing custom Technomad subwoofers. Here's a brief video of a vault undergoing a brief test before the show. If you listen carefully, you can hear some low-frequency rumble.

Here's a brief clip of a technician setting up an audio and lighting mast for World of Color. These pneumatic masts are elevated remotely. Technicians are on site to ensure their safe elevation and to check on the status of the equipment. If you listen carefully, you can hear pink noise pushed through the speakers.
